With over 35 years of experience as an equipment dealer servicing the full product lines for Case IH, New Holland, and Case Construction, we're excited to meet candidates who are upbeat, knowledgeable, and customer-oriented. If you're looking for an exciting new opportunity — we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Administrative support — phones, mail, bank deposits & reconciliation, payroll
✔ Manage accounts receivable & payable, customer payments, monthly statements
✔ Monitor and respond to incoming communications
✔ Filing, invoice handling, document tracking
✔ Assist with organizing special events
✔ Other tasks as assigned by the Branch/General Manager
What We're Looking For:
✔ 2–5 years of relevant experience
✔ Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word & Excel)
✔ Friendly verbal and excellent written communication skills
✔ Customer service-oriented attitude
✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✔ Basic understanding of accounting principles
